Our most recent AA report

We're unaware of anyone else having done this (so it may be a bad idea!) but here goes:

We know it can sometimes be tricky choosing a hotel in which to stay, we all write nice things about ourselves on our websites but then there will always be doubts as to what we're like in reality. The review websites serve a valid purpose and allow you to read about other peoples experiences  but sometimes this is equally confusing. 

Anyway what we've decided to do is publish our AA report* online for anyone to read, we know there's both compliments and criticism in there and, whilst we were fairly pleased with it, there's still definate room for improvement. We don't know if the report is going to encourage you to stay with us or put you off but since it's the most authoritative, indepth review that most hotels ever receive we thought it should be freely available to help you make a more informed choice.

*The report is based on an anonymous, overnight visit by a hotel inspector followed by an inspection of our other bedrooms etc the next day. We've scanned the report without changing anything bar scrubbing out the inspector's name to preserve his/her identity.
